PreK and kinder are working on fall projects. They will be drawing corn and painting their creations.
First grade will be using black glue to outline their corn and then using watercolor to paint.
Second grade homerooms have collaborated with art to use Greek letters in a pottery drawing. Intermediate students will continue with textile projects.
Fourth graders are weaving a yarn tree on a plate.
Fifth and sixth graders are weaving a design on a plate as well to make an ornament. Weaving has been a great skill in art for using fine motor skills and practicing patience.
Would you like to recycle? Art class is taking any plastic container recyclables. We use them for painting and gluing. Drop off to the art room at any time!
